Your Right to Data Deletion

Carbon Studio respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have used our website or connected via a third-party platform (such as Facebook or Instagram), you may request that we delete the personal data we have collected about you.

What Data We May Have

Depending on how you interacted with Carbon Studio, we may hold the following types of data:

• Name and contact information (email, phone number)
• Business information (business name, website URL, industry)
• Application and qualification responses
• Data received from third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook user ID, email address, or name provided through Facebook Login)

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:

1. Your full name and email address associated with your account or application
2. The third-party platform you used to connect with us (if applicable — e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
3. Any additional details that may help us locate your data (e.g., business name, phone number)

What Happens After Your Request

• We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate and to protect against unauthorized deletion
• Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
• Certain data may be retained if required by law, for fraud prevention, or to fulfill legitimate business obligations (e.g., financial records for tax compliance). We will inform you if any data must be retained and the reason

Deleting Data from Facebook

If you connected to Carbon Studio through Facebook Login, you can also remove our access to your data from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
2. Find and select "Carbon Studio"
3. Click "Remove" to revoke our access to your Facebook data

Please note that removing the app on Facebook stops future data sharing but does not delete data already stored by Carbon Studio. To delete that data, please follow the email instructions above.
